Satay is a very popular dish. Satay is a food made from meat which is cut into small pieces and skewered in such a way with a bamboo skewer, then grilled using charcoal coals. One of the most common satay meats in Bali is pork satay. Processed pork satay is considered very efficient in terms of cooking.
